C-4 Ministries exists to biblically educate and motivate Christians and Christian churches in reaching out to and serving people generally marginalized in the mainstream American society.

We lead by example as we help people who experience...

• Mental illness
• Criminal background (with present-day repercussions)
• Homelessness
• PTSD (from abuse, trauma, or war)
• Neurodivergence (autism, dyslexia, sensory overload, etc.)
• Isolation (few or no involved family or friends for support)
• Addiction to a legal or illegal drug
• Physical or mental handicap
• Chronic poverty

And we urge you, brothers and sisters, warn those who are idle and disruptive, encourage the disheartened, help the weak, be patient with everyone. (1 Thessalonians 5:14 NIV)


At this point, C-4 is entirely made up of Pastor Tim Gross and the people he helps, but the goal is to equip others to do the work of the ministry (Eph. 4:11-12) and thereby expand the ability to reach a group of people that many churches are overlooking. They desperately need God's love and they are reachable if we know how.
